Effect Description:
The wielder of the Hamner of Creation increases the starting progress of all quests to upgrade or create a non-mundane artifact by 1d4. All artifacts made while wielding the Hamner of Creation gain a 10% chance of being one Quality higher at creation. If an artifact is lost while this artifact is equipped, there is a 15% chance that it instead is not.

At the beginning of the war session the wielder may summon the Salt King unit.
